FEES TO LANDLORDS
​
Commission Structure - commission can either be deducted from the rent every month for the duration of the tenancy or deducted from the first month's rent in advance as a lump sum for the whole tenancy period.

(1) Let Only Service - 6%
​
This service includes the following:

Marketing the property
-
Carrying out accompanied viewings
-
Arranging for the inventory to be carried out

Carrying out relevant checks on prospective tenants - referencing and right to rent

Finalising the tenancy agreement

(2) Rent Collection Service - 8%
​
This includes all the services we offer in our let only service plus the following:

Collecting the rent on a monthly basis

Pursue non-payment of rent

Provide advice on rent arrears
​
(3) Full Management Service - 10%
​
This includes all the services we offer in our let only and rent collection
service plus the following:

Getting quotations and arranging for repairs within the property

Carrying out two routine inspections per annum
-
Advising all relevant utility providers of changes
-
Retaining a copy of the keys to the property for the duration of the tenancy
