SWO & Co first opened its doors in 1991. Since then, we have connected hundreds of people with the right properties, managed properties year after year, and enjoyed a place in our local community.
While others bought and sold properties, we remained focused on lettings, always working hard to meet our client's needs and requirements and offering a hassle-free and friendly experience.

Services
We offer comprehensive services at competitive commission rates to help landlords with their letting needs. Our team will take the time to understand your needs and tailor our services to ensure you get the best possible outcome for your property.
All residential lettings are on a commission basis only, our commission fee is only deducted once your property is let, and we do not charge any other fees.
Let Only Service - 6%
Tenant introduction service - suitable for landlords who want to manage the property once let.
This service involves our team assisting you in the initial stages of the letting process. We will advertise the property, conduct viewings and carry out reference and right-to-rent checks on prospective tenants.
Reference checks are conducted by a reputable referencing agency, which carries out a full tenant reference check. Once a prospective tenant has passed all the relevant checks, and the landlord has approved the applicant, we will prepare an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST) and create a video inventory on the move-in date.
Once a tenancy has commenced, the landlord will be responsible for managing the property.
Rent Collection Service - 8%
Rent collection service includes all services we offer in our let only service in addition to collecting the rent on behalf of the landlord.
SWO & Co is a member of Client Money Protect, an approved client money protection scheme and rent received from tenants is held in a designated client account. We also ensure that all security deposits are registered within the required time frame with Deposit Protection Service (DPS), a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme.
If a situation arises where the tenant fails to pay the rent on time or falls into rent arrears, we will follow up with the tenant with the aim of recovering any outstanding rent. SWO & Co can also refer landlords to a reputable legal firm should they wish to begin legal proceedings to regain possession of the property.
Full Management Service - 10%
Our most requested service includes all services we offer in our let only service and rent collection service in addition to managing the property.
Full management service includes end-to-end- property management. This includes listing the property and marketing to prospective tenants, screening applicants, rent collection, maintenance, managing repairs and conducting periodic inspections. We cover all aspects of the rental property and provide comprehensive legal advice to Landlords.
We also provide 24/7 customer service to tenants so that Landlords can have peace of mind knowing that their rental property is being taken care of. Our team will also ensure that all tenancies comply with the latest legislation.
